How does CrateQuest work?

CrateQuest is a Sokoban-inspired puzzle game. The goal is to push all crates onto the marked target fields. Crates can only be pushed, not pulled.

Who is CrateQuest for?

CrateQuest is designed for players who enjoy calm logic puzzles without time pressure. The levels range from easy introductory puzzles to more demanding challenges.

Can I play CrateQuest offline?

Yes. The levels are included directly in the app. An internet connection is required for in-app purchases, restoring purchases and downloading the app.

Which worlds are included?

CrateQuest includes several themed worlds, including Training Camp, The Farrier, Pony Farm, Druid Forest, Magic Castle, Underwater World and Outer Space. Depending on the version, more levels and worlds may be added.

How are stars awarded?

The star rating is based on the number of moves you need. The closer you stay to the intended par value of a level, the better your rating will be.

Can I undo a move?

Yes. Use the undo function in the app to take back the last move. This lets you try different solution paths.

I am stuck in a level. What can I do?

Restart the level and pay close attention not to push crates into corners or narrow dead ends unless a target is located there. Often, the order in which crates are moved is the key.

I purchased a world, but it is still locked.

Restart the app and use the restore purchases function in the settings. Also make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the purchase.

How can I restore purchases?

Open the settings in CrateQuest and select the option to restore purchases. Your device must be connected to the internet and use the same Apple ID as the original purchase.

Can I use purchased content on multiple devices?

Yes, as long as you use the same Apple ID on those devices. Use the restore purchases function if needed.

I made a purchase by accident. What can I do?

Refunds are handled directly by Apple. Please use Apple’s purchase history or report-a-problem options.

Does CrateQuest show ads?

No. CrateQuest is designed as a calm puzzle experience without ad interruptions.
